ASF holds baseball/softball training camp

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP -Adrenaline Sports & Fitness is holding a 4 week baseball/softball preseason training & conditioning program from February 4th to February 28th. The program will be directed by Nigel Price, current professional baseball Strength & Conditioning Coach. The program is designed for children ages 8-12 years old to prepare them for the upcoming season. Sessions will be held on Monday & Thursday evenings for one hour beginning at 7:30 and consist of movement, agility, and strength training at the cost of $125 for 2 days per week or $75 for one day per week. (All participants receive an ASF t-shirt and coupon for future training!)
ASF is a performance enhancement training facility located in Liberty Township that focuses on the student athlete. Everything the facility to the protocols is designed to develop better athletes, and more importantly raise the athlete’s confidence and self esteem.
